I didn't plan for the photo to be taken. My MASSIVE friend Master.D was just chillin' like a villain taking pics of the damage and I my was honestly resting on the bar while I was mirin' the potential ****storm that could come from the damage. He then told me to flex my quad and the rest is history.

Confident to say the wooden part is for your feet.. Not weight/dropping cleans/deadlifting.

Edit. The flooring other than the wood platform looks like it could take the weight. All you had to do was move back 3 feet
