    Cutting & puking during workout

just got done working out chest/back, and about half way through I went outside to upchuck...
I rarely puke, but I just felt so light headed...

anyhow, puked mostly water, but if I were to have puked a lot of food, would you refeed those calories, or just forget about them?

My best advice is to slooow down. Sip at water slowly over an hour before, during, and after your workout, and keep the chugging far away from workout times. I would replace the calories, even though you're cutting and it might seem like an "advantage", too much of a deficit just leads to muscle loss.
