How much creatine is too much?

I was planning on taking 2 caps of Kre-Alkalyn and a teaspoon of Bodyfit creatine (5g). Is this too much every day? What's a good amount for someone my age?

Would be a complete and utter waste of the kre-alk, but then kre-alk itself is a waste of money imo
