Im pulling about that much or a little more. I repped 405 for 3 with maybe one rep left in the tank. Maybe ~420lbs or so. Good job though...

are you keeping your core tight? just mentally focus on not stiff legging it. watch videos of strong deadlifters and learn all you can about their form.Originally Posted by Thiggins2

Lol, I wouldn't take my word for it. But if you are typically better with higher weight, lower reps then I wouldn't say it would be a bad idea to expect more than you give yourself credit for next time you max.Originally Posted by jdude94
