    Im pulling about that much or a little more. I repped 405 for 3 with maybe one rep left in the tank. Maybe ~420lbs or so. Good job though...

    are you keeping your core tight? just mentally focus on not stiff legging it. watch videos of strong deadlifters and learn all you can about their form.

    You think your max is around 420 given you did 405x3? I would think you could get a good bit more. But then again, you could just be good at reps. I dunno.

    Lol, I wouldn't take my word for it. But if you are typically better with higher weight, lower reps then I wouldn't say it would be a bad idea to expect more than you give yourself credit for next time you max.
