Age- Just turned 22
Height- 6'3
Weight- 248-252 (fluctuate)
Bench Press- 315x7

Deadlift- 465x3
Clean- 275
40 Yrd Dash- 4.74
Right now I'm playing in a spring, Semi-Pro Outdoor League on the East Coast. We have about 8 players on our team this year that played some form of pro football (arena league, etc.) My goal is to do well enough this year, to get a chance to play for a team in one of the leagues posted above by next year, and then eventually trying for the ultimate league (NFL). My coach is already in contact with a couple arena league teams about me, so we will see where this goes. Crazy enough our first game is March 5th, so I will be able to update how my season is going as well.

I'm started out with just 2 scoops yesterday, thinking of upping it. It just seems like if I take it based off my bodyweight it wont last me 2 weeks!!

Then just did a little hip abduction/adduction. Plus some BW Squats and stretches to get some lactic acid out of my legs. Feel ok now, DOMS isnt nearly as bad as it should be, so I am going to run as well as Max Effort Upper Body Tommorow!
Mood was good, I was just in and out about 35 mins, short light workout. Supposed to be off today but wanted to hit some shoulders.

think of a workout thats bound to give you doms
(ie. for me that would be a grueling leg workout)
then take 4 on that day PWO, and another 4 the day after
and see what happens
do you guys have ice bath facilities?

Pretty badass workout today! Pr's on pretty much everything I did which felt awesome. unfortunately I have to work early so I didn't get my package until after I had already worked out. I did take 2 capsules of the Con-Cret VERY post workout though once I got home. I should definitely be sore tomorrow after breaking so many of my records, we'll see how the Con-Cret manages that. Tomorrow I will be mixing it up and taking it before my workout so that should give me a better idea of how it goes.

Will actually be able to give some feedback on those when I take it the right way tomorrow. Excited to try it out for real and of course to be a member of the badass t-shirt club! Legs, Back, Bi's, and forearms tomorrow.
