What was the first supplement you ever bought? Lol and howd you feel bout it after using it.


First time I ever bought a supplement I walked into gnc and saw this massive wall of sick looking containers, it was muscletech lolol I bought nitrotech hardcore, anabolic halo, and gnc mens sport vitamins lol my mom got it for me as a birrrfday gift lolol

I think like 90% of everyones first supp was a muscletech product.


Never again used muscle tech lol

i thought i was the only one who had muscletech as my first supp.
everyone at gnc was pushing muscle milk but it seemed more like a milkshake to me so i bought muscle tech. bought two containers and never again. that stuff was delicious though.

My first was GNC Megamen Sport Multivitamins.

It made me feel a bit more energized for the day and I noticed I was a bit more toned after using it in school. I'd sit there in class with my muscles flexed, acting like that's how they look when I'm relaxed haha. It was back when I was like 15 (17 now) and scared to death using any kind of supplement other then multivitamins.

Joe Weider vanilla protein powder..

If I remember correctly I only had two options for bodybuilding supplements, Joe Weider and Twin lab. I think a few years later we had a third option something called Hot Stuff.

This was years ago when local health food stores was pretty much the only place to buy your protein.
