Other than protein, nitrofire. It actually worked pretty darn good, better than many of the pre's I bought after it (shotgun/xplode). It got me hooked on pre's and how much fun they can be.

Probably protein capsules from GNC back in the 80s. A friend and I began lifting weights in his garage. We put up a sign saying "no pain, no gain." Bought the small protein capsules thinking it was a key ingredient for building our muscles. Remember we didn't use the pills for that long, they up set our stomachs. And found out we didn't enjoy the pain. Lifting in the garage didn't last the summer.

The first regular use supplement was fish oil, followed by vitamin D3. And today don't mind the soreness lifting causes - most days.

First time I ever bought a supplement I walked into gnc and saw this massive wall of sick looking containers, it was muscletech lolol I bought nitrotech hardcore, anabolic halo, and gnc mens sport vitamins lol my mom got it for me as a birrrfday gift lolol

I think like 90% of everyones first supp was a muscletech product.

Never again used muscle tech lol
In five sentences you managed to say "lol" seven times. That's pretty impressive.

My first supplement was Met-Rx protein powder. I remember it being super thick. Had no idea how much I was overpaying at the time. Found it at a local GNC and did an impulse buy.
