    Fish alternatives?

    Im looking for an alternative to fish in my diet plan, I already have chicken, egg, steak and beef but I don't eat fish? could I have more chicken and just take some omega 3 and 6 capsules ?

    Didn't know salmon was high in mercury.

    But hemp oil is high in omegas.
