I figured since its Sunday and I don't have school to plan my meals around, I want to try IF.
It seems like this diet has started become more popular on the forums as of late..
I would be working out at about 1 OR 3 later today..
Any suggestions?

Takes about 2 weeks to fully adjust to IF. And if you wanted to do it today you needed to start yesterday by making sure you ate enough/right to make it through the fast successfully.
The usefulness of a cup is in its emptiness.
IIFYM!!
IF!!!
OH YEAH!!
I will do today what others won't, so tomorrow I can do what others can't.

So how much over do I have to eat from my day to day calories to make a successful transition into IF? Currently I am at 2500 calorie intake. My maintenance is 2800. Want to do IF because from what I have been reading it will make my life a whole lot simple and eating 1000 calorie plus meal sound great especially before bed.
