I have been going to the gym for around 2 years on and off, and have become serious about training in the past 6 months, where i have maintained a spot on diet and rigourous training reigime. The only supplements i take are, whey protein, casein protein and glutamine. **** pre-workouts, you can get jacked with nutrients from food. Here is a video of me deadlifting 160kegs for 4 reps after 4 sets of 140kg so ****ing powerful squats. I will be posting more videos of me working out as the weeks progress. I am currently 188cm, 86.5kg, and train like an animal. Aim is for 95kg by next summer.
