    160KG Deadlifts. 19 yrs Old. NATURAL MUSCLE!

    I have been going to the gym for around 2 years on and off, and have become serious about training in the past 6 months, where i have maintained a spot on diet and rigourous training reigime. The only supplements i take are, whey protein, casein protein and glutamine. **** pre-workouts, you can get jacked with nutrients from food. Here is a video of me deadlifting 160kegs for 4 reps after 4 sets of 140kg so ****ing powerful squats. I will be posting more videos of me working out as the weeks progress. I am currently 188cm, 86.5kg, and train like an animal. Aim is for 95kg by next summer.

    As for deadlifts I thought you were only supposed to lockout on 1RM, i thought locking out takes tension off the muscle?

    You are rounding your back too much, which is often an indication that you're using too much weight. Leave the ego at the door, lower the weights, and work your way back up with correct form.

    So? You're taking "tension" off the muscle when you put the bar back down anyway. And who said there has to be constant tension on your muscle?

    Locking out each rep properly will make you stronger and will improve your upper back.

    U might wanna have your hips a bit lower at the start of the lift to avoid rounding your lower back too much.

    Ahhh okay, unaware my lower back was rounding. Will try fix that next workout.
