I have noticed that as I have dropped body fat especially down below 5% I seem to sweat a great deal more during cardio? I currently below 4% and I have had to start bring a towel to keep the mess from bouncing onto other machines. Anyone else notice this?

OP even though your AVI shows someone who does take his training seriously, I think that whoever took your BF measurements might have not been accurate. Keeping your BF down to 4% for any continual period of time is extremely difficult to do. Folks that compete professionally will tell you the type of time needed in the gym and tracking your diet to maintain this is insane. I don't really know you so I can't say what type of dedication you have. But here are examples of different BF percentages for men.....
As you can see even though you do look lean not quite the 4% you are stating. I would definitely have it rechecked. Good Luck!

Gotta admit I was asking for visual "proof" - not so much doubting your assessment but knowing how hard it is to get to those low %'s...often people overestimate their fat loss.
From your other thread you say "Thanks for the responses. DB2012 - My plan was to stick to the diet above with the exception of reducing my carbs again around 5 days out. 2-3 gallons a day? Wow, I had no idea I needed to drink that much. I will try that immediately. The picture in my profile is what I look like right now. Also, I had planned on having a big steak and fully loaded baked potato the night before to fill out. As for pictures, I am trying to get something loaded tonight but the pic in my profile is very close. I might be a little leaner. I like your strategy DB. I think I am going to try that. I am also going to take pictures again the night before and then decide if I am going to compete. I don't want to have a bad experience my first time out. "
The pic of you is no way sub 5%.
You look great I might add and in the end b/f is only a #....its how you actually look.....some like to brag on the %'s but a reality check usually straightens em out.http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=154678393
If a guy's working harder than me - doing more than me - he fking well deserves to beat me.

No worries, it's all good. Sometimes people do better with visuals. It's very difficult figuring out BF. I mean you can be thin lean and still hold high BF %. I am what you would consider a skinny fat. I wear a size 4 jeans but my BF% is very high. I struggle with diet which is my downfall. But working on rectifying that

OP...Not sure how you're having yours tested, but if it's with a quality set of calipers (as well as a quality tester), if you are around the bodyfat you claim to be (which you aren't, no offense) each of your skinfolds in all the sites (bicep, tricep, ab, chest, thigh, suprailiac, subscap, etc) should be 3-4 mm. or less. Hard to tell based on your pic, but I'm guessing that you will be over the above guideline in at least three of the above sites.
In any event, impressive physique and keep up the good work!

Lord, people. Does it really matter? Others have educated the guy before that he's not 4%. Sara posted some very informative pictures. Let's leave it at that. I get women who send me pics every friggin week asking me what their bf% is. They all think that they're 17%. Hell, I don't even think I'm at 17%. It's just a number and the handheld readers, calipers, and bf scales will give a relatively lean person an exaggerated low number. It boosts their ego and that's the number they want to go with. Let the guy have his small bit of glory.

I have always been able to "sweat in a snowstorm", although as my fitness improved it has gone down a bit. Mainly it takes longer to work up a sweat. I don't feel like I've had a good workout if I'm not drenched afterwards.
Proof that it's never too late to start:
May 2010, age 43, 245 lbs, 40" waist, XXL Shirts, est. 35+% BF
Feb 2012, age 45, 180 lbs, 32" waist, Medium Shirts, est. 15% BF
