Shouldve said this earlier. I have a power lifting competition in 2 weeks. I'm going to correct my form when its over,
Let the critiquing begin. Notice how retarded my feet look.

You need to use your legs aswell bro.
Push you ass down when you go to lift and push through your heels, also keep your head up and face forward so that when you do go to start the lift your back will be flat.
That just looks like you used your spine/back to lift the weight, doing that might cause you an injury.
Probably a better video out there but i dont have time to look because im at work but your deadlift should look similar to this.

I was tought to deadlift how I want, rounded back if you can handle it, i have terrible form most say but at 200lbs I can max dead 575lbs, o and before you tell me im an idiot, the man who told me this is Mike Burgner that certifies most crossfit.com for olympic weightlifting. Once I hit 405lbs I cant keep good form and well im use to stiff legging deadlift once I hit 315+ Good job btw

If I deadlift that way it actually hurts my back even more and it tears my pubic region and hurts really badly.
thank you
This way is just more comfortable. I think if I start doing sumo I will have a much better formBench 402 (ace)/ 385 (440 in slingshot)

Dead lift 551 (super centurion+ predators) /578lbs

more weight than I have ever touched but you can't argue with the fact that the human body is not designed to safely lift a weight up off the ground like that.
Just drop the weight and fix the form up, you will still surely be able to pull some great numbers for your age and will be able to keep going for years.

Your back is one of the worst to injure, pain is always there. DON'T DO IT WITH BAD FORM, HONESTLY MAN, IT AIN'T WORTH IT.
"9 Or do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, 20 for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body."

As in the muscles...? That's a good thing. If it hurts your spine you still might not be doing it right.
I know it'll hurt your ego and you'll feel as if it's not doing anything, but don't use a weight so high where you have to round your back. A back injury is the last thing you want, and you'll get the weight back up, probably even higher, just by having the right form.
