    I prefer EZ bar. My arms tend to sway when using Db unless i support the elbow with my other hand.

    haha ...this is the exact reason why I use DBs. Plus it helps expose imbalances between each arm.
    -Train outside your physical and mental comfort zone.

    -The more you sweat in practice, the less you will bleed in battle.

    -The skeleton of my workouts: 1) Foam roll/tennis ball. 2) mobility/corrective exercises.
    3) scapular, core and hip activation, 4) dynamic warm up. 5) Lift. 6) Energy System Training. 7) Stretch.

    Agreed.....I switched over to a straight bar a few weeks ago and it has made a huge difference in how much harder these are. Pair this with a decline bench and your Tri's will curse you when you look at em

    I like the neutral grip of the dumbbells better, but I find it easier to maintain good form with the barbell. They are both effective.

    EZ bar but...racking too much weight will force you to kick your elbows out which allows the shoulders to help the exercise progress as well as your dominant arm will take over the work

    and this. Also db's are alot easier on my elbow. only time I do skullcrushers w/ an ez bar instead is when I do skullcrushers and then go straight into closegrip bench presses to completely exhaust the tris

    I use DBs because that is what I have, but my elbows tend to flare and I think I would prefer EZ if given the option to help maintain good form.
