so i started off 212 lbs (6'5') 6 weeks ago, im now at 196 lbs. using kris gethin's 12 week transformation guide and im very pleased. i lost fat and trimmed down without loosing any strength. i have 6 more weeks to go. i can see some good ab definition when i flex but without it, its not there. i guess i have more fat to burn. im currently working out 2 days on 1 day off as instructed by kris (with changes sometimes when i feel stronger/weaker). usually working out at the am following 25 mins cardio and another 25 mins cardio in the pm (up and down the stairs in my house).
i wanna loose more fat. i have 6 weeks left and im not sure ill be lean enough. what should i add? or reduce?
this is my diet for now:
morning- 30g protein shake + 3/4 cup oats.
pre workout - 1 scoop white flood.
post workout - shake with 30g protein 5g creatine.
after an hour usually 200g chicken breast with 3/4 cup of brown rice.
mid noon-3 egg whites, 1 omelet, half a cup of low fat cottage cheese with 2 whole grain bread pieces.
6pm - 250g cottage cheese + 1 1.5% yogurt.
9pm- tuna salad (30g protein from tuna and 5 colors of veggies)
pre-bed - casein/syntha-6 shake with water.
using whey, casein, fish oil, green tea extract, OT, xtend.
i also got HMB from a friend (not using yet). ordered CLA to support promote more fat loss.
any thoughts?
