hey guys, i need some help!
first of all, i've never used creatine before, but i was buying some protein powder today and saw 120 caps offered for roughly 10€, so i though i'd give it a go.
the dude in the shop told me i should start with 4x4 capsules a day and should do this for a week, then continue with 2x4 a day for 5 weeks...i was like man thats alot lol.
now i'm at home reading the recommendation on the package and it says 4 capsules a day (2x2) at a max.
So how do i dose it correctly?
I'm planning on taking 2 in the morning before breakfast with some kind of juice and 2 either before or after working out (?), don't know exactly, hope you guys can help me out here too.
