    I've used nano vapor, no explode, jack3d and hemo rage ultra. Didn't like nano vapor or no explode. Jack3d and hemo rage were good. They produce good a good pump. Everyone is different though so it's probably best that you experiment.

    MP assault or SP MAX. Both are very well dosed at all max or recommended dosages for each ingredient. A quick tip is to stay away any form of "concentrated" pre workout. Theyre all underdosed and just caffeine powder and stimulants. They do absolutely nothing for your body besides give a quick buzz. (jack3d, 1mr, hemo UC, etc.. Are all examples of concentrates.)
