Hi guys,
I've done German Volume Training as detailed in the article on bodybuilding.com and getting quite amazing results. Now I reached the last stage.
Charles Poliquin says here that at this stage variety is even more important. So I'm thinking about changing my main exercises every three weeks or so (do 10 sets of a different exercise every 3 weeks). For example, do deadlifts for 3 weeks and then change to front squats. The goal is to work on the same muscle groups more or less but from different angles.
What do you think?
