Is it okay to do cardio after a workout for more fat burning if you're in your cut phase?

I was doing the other way round until I was told that I should do cardio after weightlifting.
Now I run or do bike for 10 minutes before weights, just to warm up, then do weight for about 1h, then run for 30 mins and bike for another 30 mins.
I also enjoy indoor cycling!I stopped smoking, so can you:
