Not unless he gets his ass beat at the Arnold.
People have a very false sense of what Evan is actually capable of. His wins have all been very circumstantial. And against mid tiers (IMO). Except of course for Dex, who was soft as cookie dough.
The best I can give Evan is to say he could beat Rolley. He will be fighting with Rolley for a place in the middle of the field.

I have advice for Evan that could help him win the O. His problem is his forearms overpower his biceps. He created the popeye forearm syndrome.
standing curls utilize forearms as the primary muscle for leverage. The bicep is only an assistant in these exercises.
There is a secret movement! Sitting on your back flat on a raised bench, lower the dumbells all the way down and curl them up. The primary muscle used to pull these dumbells up is the biceps. The secondary muscle is the forearms. The forearms are at a disadvantage. The stress is all in the biceps.
The only reason why not everyone can do them is some people screw their shoulders up doing them. I do them often. Nver had a problem. It is the only exercise that induces muscle soreness in my biceps. The exercise is strictly a bicep move. It will eventually become the most prominent bicep exercise one day.
Evan Centopani should desperately seek this exercise for it will change his whole physique.
