    Calories per chinese buffet plate

I like to go out and eat at the Chinese buffet a lot. Just curious about how many calories do you think it is per fully loaded plate? I know there is several different things you can get there but I mainly get things like egg roll, chicken w/ broccoli, chicken fried rice, frog legs, chicken w/ mixed veggies, and so on.. Just curious.. My estimate is around 650 calories per plate.

It depends on what you get and how full the plate is. Could be anywhere from 200 to 1,000 or more. This question is kind of silly.

Your question can't be answered with any accuracy. We don't know what food, specifically, you are loading onto that plate let alone the weight of the food.

From the information given, it's possible for a plate to contain a few hundred calories or a couple of thousand calories, or anything in between.
