i add 3 packets of "crystal light to go" to a gallon of water, is this alright? its sugar free. 12.5 calories a packet. so it would be like 37 calories.

I actully do this also.. except I take 33.5oz bottles and throw one packet in 4 of them. so I get my 16 cups.. sometimes its hard for me to drink a adequate amount.
