Yeah.... Initially they intended the series to go for 5 or 6 seasons but they've decided to cram it into 3 instead.... I have no idea why.

I think that 5 seasons would have been perfect.

I see this advertised all the time, and cause of this thread I watched some trailers and decided to download season 1 in 1080p looks like it will be amazing in HD on a big screen with great sound. Thanks for the heads up BH!

I do this with my laptop, download stuff and then hook it up to watch. I really need to go get a cheap desktop with a huge HDD and just leave it under there (the entertainment center) so I don't have to keep pulling laptop in and out and messing with cables. Its not that much of a chore but still.

Took over a day to down load it. Will watch the first one later tonight. Average download speed was like 500kbs, (season 1 in 1080p - 39Gb file)that is crazy slow. I usually average a download speed of 4mbs.

IMO the show is starting to drag, I like the gladiator ones much much better.

Done watching season 1. Downloading season 2 now. It was great the first season lots of t&a and blood
This is the best part of not watching them right away, now I can watch them one after another instead of waiting a week for each episode then waiting months for the season to start. Be up to season 3 in no time though then I be waiting again.

Ya a lot of shows start to do that, I kind of liked True Blood on HBO the first two seasons, but now its getting ridiculous and more like a soap opera than anything else. From an artistic point of view, they would be much better if they planned out 2 or 3 (maybe even 4, maybe) awesome seasons then let it end before stuff starting getting silly. They start reaching deep to make stuff up after awhile. I guess if a show is making them money either way though and viewers are tuning in you can't blame them for doing what ever to cash in, it is a business after all.

It is not the show, it is just me, I like violence, blood, sex and more violence and they are now getting more into a story line,... blahhh
