Bump on arm after bicep workout. HELP!

I finished a pretty intense preacher curl workout with heavy weight. on my forearm just above the elbow there is a bump. I noticed this same bump last year when I used to work out now I'm noticing it again. It is almost like a vein but its a perfect bump not a long vein. WTF is it?! It goes away after my workout but right after when my arms are filled with blood i can see it. Is it something to worry about?

Hey, I know it's a little late to reply but I get exactly the same. I heard that it could be two veins crossing over or even a lipoma!?

    The Internet is pretty scary!

Did you ever get it checked out or find out what it is?
