How long does it take for P90X to show visible results?

With visible results I mean just a little difference in biceps or whatever, it doesn't matter. I'm just wondering, after 2 weeks for example, would there be any difference in my body if I do P90X? Give me a little explanation too (about why it shows or does not show any progress) please.

EDIT: Btw, I'm 5'8" (possibly 5'9") and I weigh 190 pounds at the age of 17... if that helps any

Thanks for the reply but.... 30 days or LESS? Which means it could've been 1 day... or 1 week... or 2 weeks or 29 days?

If your looking to lose weight and condition your body then P90x is a pretty good program. But if your looking for overall mass I would definatly suggest something like starting strength to increase size and strength. p90x has some really great success stories but is kinda overrated IMO.

It's a cardio workout. Doesn't really help build muscle, just helps tone your muscles and loose fat.

True, I figured that out already... Problem is, I don't have anything else than a little bit of weights and my body... please don't ask about a gym membership, I've had to explain that story too many times I'm just looking for a little weight loss :P

its going to depend on the person man. check your weight etc to see if you are dropping any that should be a sign of getting results. You are not going to be ripped in 2 weeks. If you keep a good diet and do the program consistently you can drop a good amount of weight/fat in the first 30 days.

you can gain some mass if you have the proper tools. A good majority of the work out is pull ups and dumbell training. rows, flies, curls, tri extentions etc. All which are things we do in the gym to gain muscle mass.

here are my day1-day 60 photos front and back. After day 60 i joined the gym.

You mean lose fat. I'm sure OP doesn't want loose fat.
Don't give up. Keep fighting. Fight every day. When you get knocked down, get back up. You can do it. You will do it. There is no other way.
