Lost 130lbs So Far & Now I'm Stuck(Help!)

Have lost 130lbs in two years(found here for those who are interested: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showth...#post633684073)

Since I've got the extra skin, I cant really use a caliper to find my current bodyfat. No access to electronic calipers either.

Didn't the military have a method of using measurements to find bf%?

Any other methods?

Hard to cut when I cant figure out my maintence/defiency.

I just use the mirror method and keep doing what youre doing. Youve lost 130lbs in 2 years that is incredible man. Its just slowing down is all, it gets harder to lose weight as you get smaller, same thing as when you are trying to get bigger, the bigger you get the harder it is to gain. You might need to take in fewer calories and im not sure about what your routine is like.

oh, i see. well if you lost that significant amount of weight in 2yrs youre doing something right so just get back on that diet and bust your ass in the gym man.
