hi everyone,
so what do you think prepares you the best? best training to join the navy (dutch)?
lets say for each of those 3/4 times a week.
and besides that some running and some swimming on the other days.
and what about supplements using during these training? i am not really a fan of bcaa and whey and everything, now i am just eating lots an good food, and get my proteins through quark and chicken...

push ups, pull ups and endurance running.
that is about the extent of it, you'll do a ton of pull ups, sit ups, push ups, mountain climbers, bends and thrust.
the 5 or 10 mile run thou. you'll hurl if your not prepared for it. so start running, once your graduate, then body build if you want.
but it may have changed since i was in.

Forget 'supplements.' Forget bodybuilding training. Forget 'crossfit.'
I have no clue about the specifics of the requirements of basic training for the Dutch Navy, but military is pretty much military wherever you go.

This for the most part. ^
Look into Stew Smith's routines. Or personally I like something closer to the following when I prepare for my bi-annual tests during the last 6 weeks or so.
