    Are you referring to the V-bar as the close grip pull down? If so wide straight and close grip both full stack. Are pull down only goes to 300 though.

    yeah july 23rd. so got around 5 months. i have only seen my trainer 2 times. The routine n diet gonna be fixed tomolo. He gonna do some deep tissue massage to expand the fasica etc.. but i have no idea how i am gonna go up to around 190-200lbs leaner than wat i am. I have seen his other competitors he had n they fcken blew up. they were a lot bigger than the previous pics. So i have hopes but i will see wat he can do. n i try my best to do wat i can do
