Got up quite early today so I knew this wasn't going to be a good sesh.
Ankle is healing quite well, I've taken time off work which was really not doing me any good, should have stopped sooner, the job often required walking 10-13 miles per day so it was really bad. I think all that is really left is some pretty significant swelling, only gives me minor pain when I'm in low squats with knee coming forward and ankle flexion, I try to ice it every 2.5 hrs.
Hopefully it will clear up in a few weeks now that I can rest it, but caution is the best policy.Strong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

Well good luck, what training are you doing? Starting strength was working quite well for me before my injuries, can't wait to get back on it for a few months though I've been wanting to run it for like 2 years and always get interrupted by injuries! I was really surprised how fast my squat went up to 120kg from about 90kg in two months or so including the intro weeks.

Foot is starting to clear up, hopefully just a few weeks, I've been really surprised with how the lifts like the bench have been going up as at the moment I'm not bulking just maintaining b/w, once I get into gear I think I'm gonna make some real progress.Strong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

Did some squats worked up to 80kg for a couple reps, caused some irritation in the ankle but it is coming along, I expect my squats will have dropped abit as its a while since I've done them, hopefully its just a few more weeks now.Strong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

Had a cold so not much training this week, tried some weights yesterday but not so good.
Better news however is that I've seen a physio about the ankle injury, tedenopathy of the achilles, but its healing so should be a few more weeks.Strong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio

Deadlift 85kg 1x5
Basically restarting SS, which is frustrating seen as in 2 years i've never got off it due to injury ha! No pain in Achilles though some in the ankle but physio says its ok, also perfroming rehab exercises daily but cba to detail themStrong adriana lima picture embed to post ratio
