But seriously, unless you know a lot about designing programs and have the experience to know what you respond to, it's much better to pick a routines from the sticky threads... Try this one:

Its a fun routine, its full body and I've been making some great progress with it. When it says start light, start light. You'll thank yourself later.
Another alternative is ICF 5x5 or Starting Strength or Strong Lifts. All 4 of these programs are great. ICF will wipe you out the fastest, SS is tried and true and SL is basically SS but with no accessory work. Pick one and run it for a while. Also, read the nutrition stickies. 80% of the work for goals is spent on diet and in the kitchen.Starting from scratch.
