I started with bodybuilding in December 2009 because I was sick watching at my skinny body.
I hope I can get some motivatoin from the comments and maybe helpfull responses aswell..

Great progress - keep it up. The only recommendation I have is to continue pushing hard and be smart about your nutrition because adding muscle mass without fat only gets harder as you get heavier.

macro-nutrients = carbs/protien/fat
