HI everyone I need a little help My wife is 5,7 and 200 pounds she is very upset with her self and wants to start to work out and diet the right way. I am a regular gym guy and try my best to talk with her but i'm not sure what her calorie intake should be and what type of workout is best for her. I know this is a really wide answered question but if you ladies can point me in the right direction this would help alot . I really want my wife to feel good about herself. I was wondering if a combination of cardio like eliptical and circuit traing is the key with the right calorie intake. Any help from you lad's would be great thanks.
