    sub for leg press / hack squat?

    I have switched over to the 12 week trainer. I have a quick question. I have done a search and found nothing. Maybe I am searching for wrong term?

    I do not have a leg press / hack squat machine in my house. I have an odysee 5 by tuff stuff. It has a low pulley. I am using a dip belt attached to low pulley to do my squats for now as i don't have means for full squats. Is there a good sub for leg presses? I have dumbbells and my machine. Please help

    yes. do single legged squats with a dumbell. I usually hold a 30-35lb dumbell behind my head with both hands. Put one foot behind you on a chair/bench, with your toe stationed on the chair. Go down. Repeat. Switch legs. Kinda hard to explain with a response. Hope this makes sense

    Using that low pulley, try lunges, step ups, bulgarian split squats, and maybe standing leg curls if you have the ankle attachment.
