Help!!!
Im a very regular trainer sometimes twice a day/Amatuer wanna be body sculptor just beginning my new diet and training, had been doing so well had lost body fat and build some really good muscle... Have now undergone a operation which will keep me out of lower body training for quite a while...
Any diet tips to keep the muscle i have and stay as lean as i am...or will i have to start all over again! :-(
