Poll: how much protein per lb of bodyweight during mass building ?

this is for the building period, past 25year old, for men.

I say this because the growth hormone factor is drasticly reduced past 25year old.

I'll do a poll on the maintaining level, once the muscle mass desired has been reached.

also, note that carbs and fats are used only for energy and to spare the protein ingested

this is for natural bodybuilding (supplements allowed but not steroids,no HGH).

each bodypart trained once a week, 4-6sets per bodypart (be it 8 or 20reps).

note: 1gr of amino acids in a tab or caps form is 1gr of protein. 100gr of cooked meat or fish = 20gr of protein.

    hey

    yes.

now, soy has all the essential a acids but not all amino acids.

I ruled soy away though it's proven it's good for your health.

1liter of soya drink a day wouldn't hurt in a bulk up phase.
