    Spud Webb Status!!

    Okay Here's the deal...
    Got a Little bro, he is 5''7 ish. he can SOMETIMES grab rim. season for him just finished and he is extreamly focused/dedicated to training. (LIVES/SH**/SLEEP/EATS basketball)
    How can i get him jumping higher?any programs/workout plans/exercises i can have him do?
