    Protein Powders

    Hey all!

So I'm looking to find out the best protein powders that people have had success with, whether it be with baking, adding to recipes, or straight from a shaker. What are good ones? I wish there was a way I could try out different ones without having to spend a fortune on one flavor or brand.

I've used MuscleTech's NitroTech Casein Gold Chocolate & Vanilla for a lot of my baking recipes, and most turned out successful and the consistency was on par too.

I keep a variety of protein as IMO..
Casein is ideal for baking. I find Iso is better for Smoothies. And Blend for the simplicity of a shake
I currently use Iso-smooth (blue star) for my smoothies. And Nitrotech Gold Van. Funnel Cake for my shake~

It's protein. People who have consistently followed a reasonable routine with decent nutrition and rest will have success.

Controlled Labs PROmore particularly orange cream pop
Dymatize ISO-100 particularly birthday cake or fudge brownie
PES Select particularly frosted chocolate cupcake
    Gaspari/Hi Tech Precision
    ANS N-ISO CnC
Optimum Gold Standard Whey is still good to go, just a little behind on flavoring (try extreme milk chocolate)
    And many more

I'd suggest checking out Impact Whey as there are many different flavors available and it is one of the most budget friendly protein on the market.

I'd recommend the Salted Caramel flavor!

The Orange Cream Pop is definitely a winner BUT I'm also a huge fan of the Snicker Doodle
Cookie that taste like a spice cake and the Cinnamon flavor is also big on sweet flavor.
