    Con-Cret dosage

    I started to take Con Cret creatine this week and started thinking about the recommended dosage. I weight about 220lb and it recommends a pill per 100lbs. So would taking two pills everyday be sufficent even on workout days? Thanks for any help.

    Start with 2, if after a week you think you need more then dose 3.

    I'm 180 pounds and i take 2 on workout days and 1 on non-training days. Maybe you should try 3 on training days and 2 on non-training days

    Con-Cret is creatine HCL correct? It's in a pill form also obviously. So how do you guys compare it to CM? To take it further how do you compare Con-Cret to Amplified 189?

    Hope this isn't considered a hijack but I just started taking Amplified 189 which is creatine HCL and been told by some guys here that it is garbage and to stick with mono.

    I tried Amp 189 a few years back and it was effective, then they re-formulated it to the new silver pill looking things and ever since then I have found little effect from them. I always found them in my.....poop fully un-digested. I used mono since and just started con-cret this last week but am not seeing much of a difference.

    i would dose at 3

    and then 4 during intense workouts





    if youre not seeing a difference try this approach:

    take 4 and then do a workout that would normally give you DOMS (like perhaps, legs)
    then workout even harder!

    after a day or so, compare your recovery (doms) to what you would normally feel

    I dont feel that there's any reason to take an exorbitant amount of creatine. Once your muscles have saturated, taking any more pills than necessary (1 per 100 pound of bodyweight) is money down the drain. Let's face it, Con-cret aint cheap.

    Thats why we recommend trying it once or twice, their is deff a difference there but if you feel its not worth the cost keep it at 1-2

    Dose is really an individual thing with CON-CRET or any supplement. Try 2 caps for a week and see how it effects you and if you feel you want to up your dose then add 1 cap each week until you hit your saturation point. With HCL the muscle fibers are targeted so you don't get the bloating and wasted product. Once you pass your saturation point the HCL will spill over into the surrounding tissues and you will have some bloating just like you would with any other creatine. Now back it down 1 cap and you should see the bloating go away and you should be at your saturation point.

    Yes, CON-CRET is HCL. We all react different to different supplements so go with what works best for you. Advice and bro science is great and I do listen to people when they tell me their advice on a particular supplement but I go with what I get from it and my own experience. Is Amplified 189 working for you? If it is then why would you want to change it?

    Yes, capsules and scoops are exactly the same dose 750mg of HCL Creatine.

    Why are people telling you to take 4? At 205 did you try 2 and then go up from there? Just curious.

    Amplified 189 tablets are not the same as Con-Cret pills

    there have been reports that the coating around the 189 is hard to digest
    (thus the creatine is well-protected in the pill and therefore wont be dissolved and absorbed)



    Con-Cret pills do not have this problem

    And I'm guessing anyone who is over 150lbs does work out and should be using 2 caps or 2 scoops so to speak....

    The only question is should both be pre work out or 1 before and 1 after? I'm guessing both before....

    Also should u use on off days if so should the dosage remain the same?

    I am highly resistent to a lot of things from medication to supplements. Just the way my body works I guess.

    I take 5 doses of CON-CRET and take them all about an hour pre-workout to get the most saturation and benefit while I am lifting.

    I also take 2 doses on my off days just to keep my body saturated and to get the benefits for recovery and muscle growth.

    I have found this to work best for me.

    People told me on this forum they weren't feeling con-cret unless they took 4 pwo. I took one bottle at 2 and this one I'm trying 4 pre and 2 on non-workout days, but I don't feel the difference really between 2/4. Where would I feel it, recovery? Not sure I could feel my saturation point. Seems too difficult to gauge.

    It took me about 2 bottles to test how I respond and I respond best to 4 scoops . ive tried 2 and got some results, then 3 and got better results and am at 4 and getting the best. Not gonna go to 5 becuase instructions say max dosage is 4. this was done after saturation which took 8 days for me.

    ^^^ Correct - I can't say what your saturation point is. The way I did after doing a lot of research was to up my dose each week by 1 capsule from a starting point of 2. At the time I tried 6 caps I did notice some bloating in my face and abs primarily. As instructed I back it back by one capsule to 5 and that was magic for me. No bloating but I can definitely feel the effects in enhanced performance and in strength gains.

    CON-CRET or any creatine formula will not give you the same feeling like a pre-workout since it is a totally different type of substance. A lot of people get confused by this thinking they ought to feel the tingling or pumped up sensations they do with other stuff.

    I notice the effect in both my endurance and strength gains versus when I don't take it.
