Im sure everyone knows about the Insanity workouts. Any thoughts on whether or not I could put on some muscle by following the 60 day Insanity program. Any feedback, especially from personal experience, is appreciated.

You might be able to build a small amount of muscle by doing what's basically a cardio program, but it would be a far more efficient use of your time to simply get on a good beginner bodybuilding program.
