Insanity as a muscle building program

Im sure everyone knows about the Insanity workouts. Any thoughts on whether or not I could put on some muscle by following the 60 day Insanity program. Any feedback, especially from personal experience, is appreciated.

    Well, what's your goal?

    Fat loss, or muscle gain?

You might be able to build a small amount of muscle by doing what's basically a cardio program, but it would be a far more efficient use of your time to simply get on a good beginner bodybuilding program.

My longterm goal is to build muscle, but I feel like I need to lose about 20 lbs of fat. My thoughts on Insanity were that I could shed some lard kind of quickly and then get into a body building program thatll help me add srs muscle.
