hello guys hope you all are doing well.
just started cycle of lipo 6 black, L-canitine and CLA. my question is that will lipo 6 black work without exercise? i currently weigh 235 pounds and my height is 5,8. my aim is to loose 50 pounds approx.
basically how does a thermogenic work? i have a very busy routine and i am kind of lazy to go to the gym.
if i eat up a low calorie diet and use lipo 6 will i loose weight?
i take Kellogs special K cereals with skimmed milk in breakfast and dinner and grilled or roasted chicken piece for lunch. is it ok? how much calories does this approx make?
i am totally new to this fat burner stuff so advices would be really appreciated.
regards.

There is a pretty prevalent school of thought that suggests fat burners don't really work at all. So as for your situation... I personally would say you are wasting your money.
If you can't be bothered to count your own calories, don't exercise, and are already looking to fat burners, I think you will find your progress will be slow. I would read some of the stickies here and concentrate on the basics outlined therein, such as getting into a caloric deficit, eating right, and lifting heavy.

I'm taking muscle pharms shed matrix right now, I've lost ~90lbs natty. Down to 235 from 325ish. I've been stuck for about 2 months though. The thing I notice most is the appetite suppressor coming in handy, just add in some bodyweight exercises to start out and keep your diet tight, you'll see results.

from my understanding about fat burners is that they only increase minimal fat loss. In there clinical trials they have th control group and test group and after 12 weeks the test group maybe lost 2 pounds more than the control group during the same duration of time. I have no idea on numbers or duration of experiment, but after the commercials in there disclosure they even say its minimal.choice s yours

Are you going to keep asking for suggestions . . .
...Until you get the answer you want? There is no shortcut. Take all the pills and supplements you want but unless you eat clean you will not lose weight and unless you work out will have a soft body. if you exercise and eat clean the results will come over time. if you take pills and do nothing else your results will be minimal and not worth the money you spend.
