Question How to tone chest muscles?

I seem to be having great difficulty toning my chest muscles all that much. Yes i have indeed seen improvement, but improvement over a 3-4 month span and its kind of frustrating at this point. I do cardio and now I'm asking if there is any particular workout any one of you do to TONE the chest...I could care less how little i bench, i just want to tone the muscles not build all that much.

lol. Ok you need to specify what you mean by tone because honestly, there is no such thing. If you're talking about Separating you're chest and making the cuts more defined then what you actually seek is Body fat % reduction. This is usually what makes ANY muscle group look awesome.

If what you're seeking is just a wider, more square chest but not necessarily "bigger" Then what you seek is a routine that targets multiple angles and focuses on FLYES as to increase the rib cage and chest width. Incline Dumbell Press/fly is the key, (for most people) to a beautiful chest.

Hope that helps. Be a bit more specific and if this isn't the advice you're looking for.

Only way to spot reduce fat is with a machete. You need to reduce body fat% to get more definition.
