They are separate from society in this way, and double-marathon runner doesn't have to go through some of that - and they aren't alpha. Their diets, their training, their drug use, the science behind every part, contest preparation. How is bodybuilding "gay"? Participating in a certain activity doesn't make some one attracted to some one of the same sex if they weren't already before participating in said activity. I could go to the ****ing gay pride parade in Toronto and it wouldn't make me gay, because I still wouldn't be attracted to men.

Bodybuilding, real bodybuilding and not some 35 year old ******* who just goes and "works out to stay in shape" takes total dedication, sacrifice, and commitment. It's a life style, not a hobbey or something some old liver spotted ******* does 2 times a week.

There is nothing alpha about having oversized muscles. These guys are not world strongmen, dangerous professional fighters, trained assassins or anything else that is REAL alpha.

I would generally agree with that. BBing in it's basic form is not alpha compared to others per se.

A professional bodybuilder could get his ass knocked out by just about anyone.

Considering their poor of range of motion, the fact that they move slow and have terrible conditioning, a regular guy with even a small amount of fighting training/experience could dismantle a professional bodybuilder
