    weight not dropping

Okay, I'm at the point now where I just don't get it. My weight has been sitting at 210 - 211 for a while now and it just doesn't seem to drop further.

My diet has been in check, in fact, some days I even feel like I'm not eating enough. Not taking exercise into consideration, I average 1500 - 1600 calories a day but most days are below that. Then I do 45 minutes of treadmill (580 calories) on non-lifting days and then also lift heavy Monday, Wednesday and Friday followed by 45 minutes of treadmill. (580 calories)

My intake is around: (usually fall a bit short of these)
    210g of Protein
    150g of Carbs
    50g of Fat
    25g of Fiber

This is all tracked and worked out using CalorieKing. I drink anywhere from 80oz to 120oz of water a day.

I would think by all this that my weight should be dropping but it's not so I just don't know what else to do. Since November I have noticed the fat disappearing (although at a slow rate) and my weight did drop very slowly for a while but now not at all.

Could this be because I'm lifting heavy and I'm just replacing the weight loss with muscle weight?

Anyone have any suggestions for me that could help me continue on or maybe notice something in what I'm doing that is not right?

According to this link: http://www.scientificpsychic.com/fitness/diet.html I'm at 21.6% BF with a BMI of 30.3 kg/m2 and Lean Body Mass: 165.5 lb

Soooo you are eating 15-1600 calories a day at 210lbs while working out? No, you are definitely not eating enough. You also need to double your fat intake.

Id say you need a refeed.
Take a week off and eat at maintenance.
Then get back into it, but up your calories some.
You should be back losing weight in no time.
    2 cents.

Okay, and I kind of figured I wasn't eating enough, but being that low below what I should be, shouldn't the weight be dropping? Even if at an unhealthy rate? This is why I don't understand why my weight isn't changing.

That CalorieKing program says I should be at about 2000 calories for weight loss so at 1600 I'm not really that far off. Is 2000 calories about right for my weight?

I'll also increase my fat intake as well
