I've been told the mg amounts of some by the MP reps a while back, and they all sounded good, and of course every pwo has creatine, but most only have about 1g of creatine. Just by guessing I can tell that all of the assault's ingredients are dosed right, (totals out to a 30,000mg prop blend which is higher than ultima's ingredient mg total and assault has less ingredients than ultima so do the math? which one would you think has better dosed ingredients?)

This has to be one of the worst posts I've ever read on this website. Getting past the lies about being "in the know" about the massive prop blend....you realize that mg (milligram) amounts of a ton of ingredients doesn't add up to ****, right?

assault isn't really traditionally stimmed, all it has is a low dose of caffeine, assault is made to perform better over a longer period of time as well (CONCRET,creapure,beta alanine,citrulline malate,etc), and btw they are all at hefty doses as well.

certain things are in effective doses: the effectively dosed ingredients are:
-Creatine
-Caffiene
-Beta Alanine
It is underdosed or has inferior ingredients:
-Citrulline malate
-Arginine
-Pyrodoxine hcl
-Cyanocobalamin

Assualt isnt bad but ultima is much better

It's without question a special formula that I have personally supported and promoted long before my rep days. I've always been a believer in supporting great products as this logic will only promote progression and avoid complacency.

It's a pretty simple answer, try both and see what works best for you. Both are great products IMO, never had a bad thing to EVER say about Omega, top notch company. Thunder was my go to sh*t back in the day, loved it.

Well, to be specific... Ultima has chelated creatine, among other types. It contains no Creatine HCL. C-bol contains creatine HCL, though.

But maybe you just meant creatine in general.

now this is what I plan on doing next, I just got Ultima, and I LOVE the focus effects of it.

However, I also have Assault, which makes me SLEEPY everytime i use it! but my friends have no issues with Assault. (i also noticed on bb.com's assault product info page, it lists "may cause drowsiness").


we shall see what happens when i stack both of them. Ultima + Assault.

I love Assault. The energy is clean, the focus is amazing, the taste is mouth watering and the profile is stacked.... Ive been through about 2 tubs of Assault and never had a problem. I just recently picked up a tub of GlycerGrow and combined the two for the first time today for Back and Bi day (keep in mind ive been stim free for 4 weeks). I put 2 scoops of GlycerGrow on my tounge and washed them down with 1/2 scoop of Assault, then put 1 scoop of GG in with my Xtend during my workout. I had the best workout in a very long time. My veins were poppin while doin my BB curls. I recommend for people to try this combination...you will thank me.

Assault is good stuff...I think it's good to compare ingrediant panels every now and then, but pre workouts are all about energy/focus/pump, and sometimes "poorly" formulated products work better than others (at least for me), although Assault does have a pretty good profile
