sometimes working harder gets you less gains.. ive found it's best to sit on your ass and burn as little calories as possible and eat, for a guy like you op. higher fat = higher testosterone also.

p.s. im half black and it has definately helped me.. i've very fast and low bf

but i also have the smart training techniques and nutrition of a white person
