Since this is 50 dollars for only 40 servings i was hoping people only need a scoop of this because i would never spend 50 on a pwo, but i read great reviews. so how many scoops u guys need? and please honest answers.

Any more than half a scoop gives me heart palpitations. I supplement it with Ultimate Nutrition Beta K to get enough creatine and beta alanine out of it. Seems to work well for me.
