A real response
Let me give you a response that doesn't put you down, because in the sports community, we are meant to 'lift' each other up and motivate one another to keep achieving our goals. The only time we need to be competative is when we are actually competing in a body building comp, which many of you are not. The reason your triceps are much bigger is because your triceps are what actually take up most of your arm in muscle, and usually when you work the arm, you are working both muscles. What you need to do is to isolate the bicep when you lift weight. This means doing something such as bicep curls, where you keep the arm as still as possible, moving slowly, isolating the muscle and making sure all those muscle fibre's are ripping. Don't over train the bicep in attempt to make it bigger, in the early stages recovery is very important for growth, but at least train it three times a week through isolation movements and you should start to see growth soon. Also protein, lots of it.
