    First proper bulk. Advice please.

Hi all some general advice on going from a deficit to a surplus needed please.
I've successful lost 33lb and I think I only need to loose maybe another 5lb (7lb max)
As you will see from my profile shot there's not a great deal more to go just a but on lower stomach if anything.
I'm going to Spain in Aug so don't want to gain any fat between now and then so would you all say to hit maintenance macros through summer as I am yet to lift on maintenance or a surplus since about 6 years ago!
I plan on going in to a surplus as soon as August is out through Feb.
    My questions are-
    1. Would I see any gains just consuming my maintenance calories in 3.5-4 months?
2.Does my body need a period of time to "reverse" diet back up to maintenance? Let alone a surplus!?
    3. When hitting a surplus am I best eating consistently 200-500 over maintenance or should I look to eat maintenance on non training days?

Any advice appreciated.inthink I should be able to put some OK size on if I approach it right and keep my training as intense as it is currently, I just don't want to approach it wrong like last time eating 3200-3500 a day with some days at 4K and put just fat on at an alarming rate.

    1. Most likely, yes.
    2. Nope.
    3. Constant surplus is good, you could go maintenance on rest days, but in the end the impact will be minimal either way. Constant surplus IMO, eat to recover/gain.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.

Thanks I assumed there would be recovery benefits to it and I'll find it easier to manage.
I'm going to start low at 200-250 over each day and see how my body reacts before upping any further.
