No, people get injured or have previous injuries that they have to deal with all the time. Everyone starts somewhere too, people aren't repping multiple plates on most workout they do for the first time. Anyone who looks at someone's weight and makes jokes about it is a ****.
Unless you're lifting in a high school gym nobody is going to give a **** how much weight you are or aren't putting up.

IDK what gyms you guys go to. I go to a small chain gym and people be squatting and deadlifting all the time. See plenty of people doing good form full ROM reps.
Now OP take that 135 and go slow on the descent, pause for 2 seconds at the bottom, and explode up. Go to failure after your normal working sets. Yeaaa buddy. Don't hardly ever see pause squats.
