I'd laugh if you we're doing 350 with 1 inch rom. Anyone doing full rom gets kudos for proper form regardless of weight.

No, people get injured or have previous injuries that they have to deal with all the time. Everyone starts somewhere too, people aren't repping multiple plates on most workout they do for the first time. Anyone who looks at someone's weight and makes jokes about it is a ****.

Unless you're lifting in a high school gym nobody is going to give a **** how much weight you are or aren't putting up.

most people do under 225 quarter reps. always respect people who go all the way down. i can probably do about 400 lb with the form some of these clowns use, but only 280 atg

IDK what gyms you guys go to. I go to a small chain gym and people be squatting and deadlifting all the time. See plenty of people doing good form full ROM reps.

Now OP take that 135 and go slow on the descent, pause for 2 seconds at the bottom, and explode up. Go to failure after your normal working sets. Yeaaa buddy. Don't hardly ever see pause squats.

no I have bad knees, I normally just do 3 or 4 sets with 135 pounds.. if I go higher its maybe 185 .. I don't like going higher otherwise my knee acts up, not worth it.. my leg muscles respond well to the 135 for 10+ reps anyway

id probably assume you were warming up or something. i dont really judge other people in the gym though. as long as youre doing real lifts and not some crossfit bull****, youre ok in my book.
