    IDK what gyms you guys go to. I go to a small chain gym and people be squatting and deadlifting all the time. See plenty of people doing good form full ROM reps.

    Now OP take that 135 and go slow on the descent, pause for 2 seconds at the bottom, and explode up. Go to failure after your normal working sets. Yeaaa buddy. Don't hardly ever see pause squats.

    no I have bad knees, I normally just do 3 or 4 sets with 135 pounds.. if I go higher its maybe 185 .. I don't like going higher otherwise my knee acts up, not worth it.. my leg muscles respond well to the 135 for 10+ reps anyway
