I'm currently including a protein shake as part of my 2,000 calorie a day diet.
but im doing so while im trying to lose weight..
is that wise? cause i dont want to miss out on any gains..but i do make sure its within my daily allowed caloric intake and allowed protein macro intake.
Your opinions would be much appreciated.
Thank you

If you are not meeting your daily protein requirements via whole food then a protein shake would help to bring your intake up to an optimal level.
