    Training for long

Do you guys think training over an hour is necessarily bad for you? I know cortisol levels supposedly go up after only 45 min of intense training, but I find that to do all the exercises I want for shape and mass I usually need 1.5 hours.

I would think that if your PW nutrition is good, it shouldn't be too detrimental. Sometimes it's impossible to get everything done in under an hour if your gym is busy. Or, take a look at your splits and see if adjusting those would help the time spent each day.
